About This Piece
HELL-BENT HELMET - PAINT PROGRESS
The first black foundation coat is officially down on this Helldivers 2 inspired HELL-BENT Helmet. This dark base unifies the surface after assembly and sanding, makes the helmet's sharp panel lines easier to read, and prepares the build for its proper colours, details, and battle-worn finish.
The next step is wet sanding, because making something smooth once is apparently never enough. After that, the final colour work begins: metallic tones, the signature yellow face treatment, smaller details, weathering, and the protective finish that will bring the whole helmet to life.
